DanceConnect Terms and Condition
Refund policy: class is non-refundable, with the exception of a change in circumstances which requires an immediate closure of DanceConnect. In this case, participants will be refunded for any remaining classes. Payments made are for the advertised class only, and cannot be used for future classes. Payments can also not be exchanged or used by another artist. If classes are booked in bulk, they must be redeemed consecutively.
Videos and photos may be taken during class. DanceConnect may use these materials for advertising purposes. If you have any concerns, please raise these with a member of the DanceConnect team upon arrival.
DanceConnect is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all participants and staff. We have a zero tolerance policy on harmful behaviour and reserve the right to refuse participation in class on these grounds.
Please be aware DanceConnect is a professional level class, material may be taught quickly and contain physically challenging material. By attending class you acknowledge and agree to being solely responsible for your own physical wellbeing during these sessions, and therefore DanceConnect will not be held accountable for any injuries sustained.
