Coalesce are now recruiting for people aged 16 -21 to join our contemporary youth dance company from September 2024 - May 2025!

We will be hosting auditions for Coalesce Youth Dance's 2024-25 cohort on Saturday 29th June 2024 at the University of Salford (address below).

​

This is an incredible opportunity to further your dance training in a creative and supportive space. CYD will provide the perfect platform to explore a career in dance.

​

Within this training programme you will not only be taught by professional dancers from Coalesce, there will be sessions led by dancers from Emergence, the post graduate company of Joss Arnott Dance, as well as staff from Dance@Salford. 

​

There are 3 guaranteed performance opportunities per year in house at The New Adelphi Theatre which seats 350 people. Coalesce will also apply to take CYD to external youth platforms throughout the year.

Each year there will also be an intensive led by a nationally respected choreographer. In 2023, this included SheSoma & Matrafisc.
